During his life on earth, Jesus preached to the multitudes, but His primary focus was on the small group of twelve disciples. Similarly, a primary focus of the Charting Your Legacy study is to equip those entrusted with much, in a small group environment. In small groups, people can be loved and cared for and held accountable to be faithful to apply what they are learning. The small group setting is also an effective environment for fostering close relationships among the participants and for developing future leaders.
